OUTCOME OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 30.09.2017. We tried to submit the same within 15 minutes of AGM but due to some techincal error on BSE portal the same couldn't uploaded.. We have also write the email at the same time within 15 minutes of AGM conclusion.
