    Shree Ganesh Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.For prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended March, 2016.Accordingly, all designated employees and Directors of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.Source : BSE
