Raasi Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has passed a special resolution for change in name of the Company from "Raasi Enterprises Limited" to "Anjani Foods Limited" and also for alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association with respect to change of name. The same was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, and confirmed by their certificated dated November 07, 2014.Source : BSE
