Mr. Vasudev Shanbagh is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from March 12, 2014 in place of Mr. Milind Mehta who resigned as Chief Financial Officer with effect from the same date.2. Mr. Mahadevan Arumugam, Chartered Accountant is appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 12, 2014 in place of Mr. Bhavin Parikh who resigned as Director of the Company with effect from March 11, 2014.He will act as Independent and Non Executive Director of the Company.3.
