Mahindra CIE Automotive has informed that Mr. Ajay Kadhao as the Company Secretary and compliance officer of Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has resigned with effect from December 12, 2014, which is now merged pursuant to the scheme of Amalgamation between Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited with the Company.
