Edserv Softsystems: Updates on winding up order

India Factoring and Finance Solutions has forwarded a letter informing therein that Edserv Softsystems has defaulted in repayment of loan financed by India Factoring and Finance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Hon'ble High Court of Madras has passed an order for winding up and has appointed official liquidator to take over the assets of Edserv Softsystems.
