The Board has recommended dividend of Rs. 1/- (i.e. 10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.2. The Board has recommended dividend of Rs. 8/- per Preference Share of Rs. 100/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.3. Ms. Bhoomi Ankit Brahmakshatriya has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent, Woman Director) of the Company w.e.f. May 19, 2016.4.
