1. To consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017.

2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Moreover Company is hereby informing that Trading Window of the Company will remain close from 31st January, 2018 to 09th February, 2018 both days inclusive.
