This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Monday, 14th August 2017 to, inter alia, consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.

Notwithstanding the fact that the trading of the company's shares is suspended, the trading window will remain closed from August 8, 2017 to August 18, 2017 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Code of Conduct for PSrevention of Insider Trading.
