    Premco Global declares dividend at Rs 1.20 per share

    Premco Global at its meeting held on May 26, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 1.20 per share of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2011.

    Premco Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each i.e. 12% for the year ended March 31, 2011, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
