    Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.Further, the Company has informed that the Board of Directors at that meeting will consider the dividend, if any, for the financial year 2010 - 2011.Source : BSE
