    Anjani Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 15, 2011 and approved by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat vide its fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name dated March 19, 2011, the name of the Company has been changed from "Anjani Fabrics Ltd" to "Anjani Dham Industries Ltd." with effect from March 19, 2011. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name is issued by the Registrant of Companies, Gujarat.Source : BSE
