    Shantivijay Jewels: Updates on offer for sale of shares by promoters

    Mr. Pradeep Kumar Godha & Mrs. Rajrani Godha, form a part of the promoters/promoter group entities of the Company, has submitted a notice of offer for sale to sell an aggregate of 5,45,000 equity shares. The sale shall take place on May 24, 2013 at 09:15 a.m. and shall close the same day at 03:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time.

    Mr. Pradeep Kumar Godha & Mrs. Rajrani Godha (the "Selling Shareholders"), form a part of the promoters/promoter group entities of the Company, has submitted to BSE a Notice of offer for sale to sell an aggregate of 5,45,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each constituting 18.15% of the equity share capital of the Company as on date exclusively through the Sellers broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Limited ("BSE") for this purpose.Date and time of the opening and closing of Sale : The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the BSE and shall commence on May 24, 2013 at 09:15 a.m. and shall close the same day at 03:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").Source : BSE
