    Geojit BNP fixes book closure for dividend & AGM

    The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services will remain closed from July 09, 2013 to July 12, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 12, 2013.

    Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 09, 2013 to July 12, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 12, 2013.The Dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before August 10, 2013to the Shareholders of the Company whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the date of AGM and in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as at the closing hours of July 08, 2013.Source : BSE
