    Falcon Tyres at its meeting held on January 30, 2013 has acquired 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each at par of M/s. Falcon Tyres Rubber Private Ltd pursuant to which, Falcon Tyres Rubber Private Ltd become wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from January 30, 2013.

    Falcon Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2013, inter alia, has decided the following:Appointed Mr. Kamal Jewrajka as the Additional Director and subsequently as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from January 28, 2013.Acquired 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each at par of M/s. Falcon Tyres Rubber Private Ltd pursuant to which, Falcon Tyres Rubber Private Ltd become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from January 30, 2013.Source : BSE
