I-T department freezes Midfield Industries' bank account

Midfield Industries Ltd has informed that Income Tax Department officials has conducted a survey and frozen bank accounts as well as all debtor accounts and has taking possession of records. The company is trying to sort out this issue and hoping this issue will be solved during September, 2013.

    Midfield Industries Ltd has informed BSE that:"Income Tax Department officials has conducted a survey on our Company and frozen our bank accounts as well as all our debtor accounts and has taking possession of our records. We are trying to sort out this issue and hoping this issue will be solved during September, 2013.Once Income Tax Department lifted the ban from our bank accounts we will make the dividend payment to our Share Holders.We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and Investors."Source : BSE
