Excel Glasses has informed that the Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held November 14, 2013 to consider Unaudited Financial Result for Quarter ended September 30, 2013 was adjourned due to lack of quorum. The Chairman of the meeting accordingly decided hold the meeting on December 02, 2013.
