    CORE Education & Technologies: Outcome of board meeting

    CORE Education & Technologies in its meeting held on August 17, 2015, has approved / noted the five year term of appointment of Mr. Nikhil Morsawala as Director - finance ended on August 11, 2015. He will now continue as Non-Executive Director with effect from August 12, 2015.

The five year term of appointment of Mr. Nikhil Morsawala as Director - finance ended on August 11, 2015. He will now continue as Non-Executive Director with effect from August 12, 2015.2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015. The time and venue of the meeting will be intimated shortly.Source : BSE
