    The financial year 2012-2013 of Kemrock Industries, stands shortened/reduced by 3 months upto March 31, 2013 and shall be for a period of 9 months commencing July 01, 2012 and ending on March 31, 2013 (instead of ending June 30, 2013).

    Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2013, have approved and resolved to change in the financial year of the Company.Accordingly, the financial year 2012-2013 of the Company, stands shortened/reduced by 3 months upto March 31, 2013 and shall be for a period of 9 (nine) months commencing July 01, 2012 and ending on March 31, 2013 (instead of ending June 30, 2013); and succeeding financial years of the Company shall commence from April 01st and end on March 31st, unless and till the Board decide otherwise.Source : BSE
