INOX Leisure updates on scheme of amalgamation

INOX Leisure has informed that High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on March 12, 2013 has approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) of Fame India, Fame Motion Pictures, Big Pictures Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd and Head Strong Films Pvt Ltd with Inox Leisure.

INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on March 12, 2013 has approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) of Fame India Limited (Transferor Company 1), Fame Motion Pictures Limited (Transferor Company 2), Big Pictures Hospitality Services Private Limited (Transferor Company 3) and Head Strong Films Private Limited (Transferor Company 4) with Inox Leisure Limited (Transferee Company) subject to approval of Bombay High Court where the Petitions for approval of the Scheme will be filed for Transferor Companies 1 to 4. A formal application for seeking the certified copy of the Order has been made by the Company and is awaiting the receipt of the same.Source : BSE
