Aanjaneya Lifecare has closed its FCCB Issue today i.e. March 21, 2013. The said issue was opened for subscription on March 18, 2013. As decided in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, i.e. on March 21, 2013, the Board of Directors has allotted 400 Bonds of USD 100,000 each aggregating USD 40 million.
