Aurionpro Solutions allots 2.50 lakh equity shares

Aurionpro Solutions vide its resolution dated March 21, 2013 has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to one of the allottee, who have exercised the option to convert the warrants into equity shares.

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company vide its resolution dated March 21, 2013 has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to one of the allottee, who have exercised the option to convert the warrants into equity shares.
