    Syncom Healthcare appoints Subhash Chandra Gupta as VP - Finance & Accounts

    Syncom Healthcare has designated Mr. Subhash Chandra Gupta as 'Vice-President - Finance & Accounts' of the Company with effect from March 22, 2013, in place of Mr. Naveen Sood, erstwhile Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

    Syncom Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have designated Mr. Subhash Chandra Gupta as 'Vice-President - Finance & Accounts' of the Company with effect from March 22, 2013, in place of Mr. Naveen Sood, erstwhile Chief Financial Officer of the Company.Further the Company has informed that Mr. Subhash Chandra Gupta will also act as Compliance Officer for the purposes of Clause 47(a) and other applicable clauses of Listing Agreement in place of Mr. Naveen Sood effective March 22, 2013.Source : BSE
