Welspun Syntex to convert 1.60 cr preference shares into equity

Welspun Syntex has passed resolution for converting 1,60,00,000 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (OCCPS) of Rs 10 each into 1,55,94,511 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 10.26 per share and allotted the said equity shares to OCCPS holders.
