Vegepro Foods & Feeds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2013, has transacted the following businesses:1. Considered and approved appointment of Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma, Additional Director, as Chairman and Mg. Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from March 26, 2013 subject to approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting pursuant to provisions of Sections 198, 269, 309, and 310 read with schedule XIII and other applicable provisions, if any of the companies Act, 1956.2. Mr. Sanjay Rawka, Additional Director, has been appointed as Officiating Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from March 26, 2013.3. Mr. M. K.
