Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing people at rally in Udaipur said, "The appeasement politics of Congress has threatened the culture, heritage and pride of Rajasthan. In last five years, we have seen such a situation in Rajasthan that was never seen before. Who would have thought that Ram Navami shobha yatra and kanwar yatra could be banned in Rajasthan? But Congress Government committed this sin."

Union Minister and BJP leader Anurag Thakur held a road show and public rally in the state. He said, "Only BJP and Lotus can be seen up to 10 kms from here. Youth who have pledged to throw out corrupt KCR and BRS are on the streets."

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on said if the BJP comes to power in Chhattisgarh, Naxalism will be eliminated from the state in five years. Addressing a rally in Jashpur constituency, Shah slammed Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel-led dispensation saying while "Chandrayaan" was to the moon under the central government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the point where it landed was named "Shivshakti", the Congress government in the state indulged in betting in the name of "Mahadev".

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Madhya Pradesh has transformed from a "bimaru" (sick) to a "bemisal" (extraordinary) state, with the good governance of the BJP-led government. Addressing a press conference here, the minister said the overall development in the state has come about because of 5Gs -- Growth, Good Governance, Goodwill of people, Guarantee of Modiji and Garib Kalyan (welfare of poor).

Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati said her party is fighting the polls in Madhya Pradesh with full force without the help of any wealthy people. Speaking at a rally in MP's Satna, the BSP chief said, "Our party is fighting the Madhya Pradesh elections with full force, preparation and strength. We have no agreement with anyone... It is especially important to tell the Dalits, tribals and other backwards-class people that they have benefited from the efforts of Baba Saheb."

BRS supremo and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will file his nomination papers on Thursday in Gajwel and Kamareddy for the November 30 assembly polls. After filing his nomination papers, he will address a poll rally at Kamareddy in the afternoon, official sources said. Rao had on November 4 visited the Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Konaipally in Siddipet district and offered special prayers ahead of filing his nomination papers for the elections.
