While it is no secret that Janhvi Kapoor loves sporting the six-yard drape, she stunned everyone by turning up at an event for her upcoming film in a saree that redefined the traditional ensemble in more ways than one.

Janhvi’s saree was made of florals and included fresh blooms in an intricate jaal with the freshest, brightest hues. She was drenched in the spirit of her South Indian character, where flowers are revered culturally for their beauty and purity.

While flowers made the outfit look breathtaking, Janhvi donned a modern blouse with noodle straps that matched the jaal perfectly. Sharing more details about her fit, stylist Ami Patel posted on Instagram, “@janhvikapoor channels Sundari in a custom @toraniofficial drape, a testament to @karantorani’s genius.”

She added, “For this look, Torani worked with an artist @amaahyaaj to craft the wax malligai blooms that form the saree’s intricate jaal, a couture nod to South India’s most beloved floral adornment.”

“Styled with a vision by @stylebyami #StylebyAMI with @anoooooshka, the look draws from the world of Param Sundari, blending character and craft into one stunning frame,” the note concluded.

To top it all, Janhvi wore a floral ring and added floral-designed earrings with pearl drops. Her beautiful glam game was fresh and pink, while her centre-parted hair was styled in soft waves.
