Janhvi Kapoor stunned the internet by turning bride for Masaba Gupta’s newest collection. While her wedding may not be on the cards just yet, even though she is rumoured to be in a steady relationship with Shikhar Pahariya, the photoshoot offered a glimpse of how she might look on her D-day.
While Janhvi sported different looks to showcase the luxurious collection, it was the red lehenga that truly caught the internet’s fancy. The actress looked breathtaking in the lehenga, adorned with beautiful hand-embroidered motifs that depicted the tale of ‘sabr,’ ‘shukr,’ and ‘sukoon’.
Janhvi’s lehenga was paired with an exquisite hand-embroidered blouse featuring a contemporary design, and a gorgeous veil embroidered with the ‘Pankh Bagh’ motif. The classic red hue set it apart, making it an eye-catching ensemble with all its glimmer.
Sharing pictures of the ‘Tenu Takdi Ravah’ lehenga, Masaba described the outfit and wrote, “For the bride who dreamt of seeing herself in a classic red for her ‘Shaadi’. The lehenga is an interplay of shades of red and patches of tissue. The nature- and heritage-inspired motifs like ‘Mithi Makaai,’ ‘Gul Jharokha,’ and ‘Kashmiri Kali’ come alive with hand embroidery to narrate a story of the Sabr that enables growth, the Shukr that keeps one going, and the Sukoon that follows.”

The note further read, “Paired with a red veil, its rounded edge delicately fanned out, hand-embroidered with the timeless ‘Pankh Bagh’ motifs.”
Janhvi’s look was completed with designer bangles, bracelets, and earrings that added more charm to her bridal ensemble. Her makeup was radiant – done in sultry warm tones, while her centre-parted bun and a bindi enhanced the bold, feminine streak.
Many praised Janhvi for her new look, calling her “gorgeous,” “beautiful,” and “an inspiration.” The collection, too, was widely lauded, with one user commenting, “Masaba, you are just killing it with each campaign.” However, some compared it to Masaba’s previous campaign with Kareena Kapoor, sharing how they still can’t forget the looks she sported.
Besides the red lehenga, Masaba also offered a glimpse of another look and wrote, “The collection is crafted for the bride who defines her own path. Patience, gratitude, and inner peace guide every silhouette — for the bride who knows who she is and chooses how she shows up.”
