UPSC Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results for the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination 2024. Candidates who appeared for the Mains exam can now access their results and shortlist status on the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.

UPSC has shortlisted 69 candidates for Geologist, Hydrogeologist, Geophysicist, and Chemist/Chemical positions. The selection process began with a Preliminary exam on February 18, 2024. Those who qualified proceeded to the Mains exam conducted on June 22 and 23. Only the top performers in the Mains were then called for the personality test, the final stage in securing these coveted positions.

Step 1. Visit the official UPSC website: https://upsc.gov.in/

Step 2. Locate and click on the designated link for the "Combined Geo-Scientist Main Result 2024."

Step 3. The results will be displayed in a downloadable format (usually a PDF).

Step 4. Search for your roll number on the list to determine your selection status.

Step 5. Download and print a copy of the results for future reference.
