RPSC RAS 2024: Vacancies Increased to 1096, Check Official Notification Here

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has revised the number of vacancies for the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination (RPSC RAS 2024). As per the latest notification, the commission will now recruit 1,096 candidates, an increase from the previously announced 733 positions. The preliminary examination for RPSC RAS 2024 was held on 2 February 2025 in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The exam had objective-type questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The questions were set at the bachelor's degree level, and candidates were given three hours to complete the test. Negative marking was applicable for incorrect answers.

Following the prelims exam, RPSC released a provisional answer key. Candidates who found discrepancies were allowed to submit objections between 3 February and 5 February 2025 (until midnight).

Only candidates who qualify for the prelims exam will move to the next stages of the selection process, which include the Mains written examination and an interview/personality test. The prelims exam serves as a screening test, and its marks will not be considered in the final merit list.
