The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the admit card for the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) written examination 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment can now download their admit card from the official website of OPSC at https://www.opsc.gov.in/.

The written examination for the post of Assistant Section Officer in the Office of the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack, under Advertisement No. 02 of 2025-26, is scheduled to be held on 9th November 2025 (Sunday). A total of 29 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Candidates are advised to download their admit card well in advance to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

2. On the homepage, go to the “Candidate Corner” section.
3. Click on the “Download Admission Certificate” link.
4. Look for the link titled “Assistant Section Officer in the Office of the Advocate General, Odisha (Advt. No. 02 of 2025-26) – Download Admission Certificate & Instructions for Written Examination.”
5. Click on the link and enter your exam name, PPSAN number, and date of birth.
6. Click on “Print Admission Certificate and Instructions.”
7. The admit card will appear on the screen. Check all the details carefully and download it.
8. Take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

If there is any discrepancy in the details printed on the admit card, candidates should immediately contact the examination authority for necessary corrections.

OPSC ASO Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the post of Assistant Section Officer will be carried out in two stages:

• Written Examination: This is the first stage of the selection process, conducted for a total of 400 marks.
• Skill Test in Computer: Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for a skill test in computer application, which is qualifying in nature and will carry 50 marks.
