OICL Assistant Recruitment 2025: Application Begins for 500 vacancies; direct link to apply here

The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) has invited online applications for the recruitment of 500 Assistant (Class-III) posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website orientalinsurance.org.in from 2 August 2025. The last date to submit the online application is 17 August 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. In addition, candidates must be able to read, write, and speak the regional language of the state or union territory they are applying for. A language proficiency test will be conducted before the final selection. Those who do not clear the language test will not be considered for the final appointment.

Age Limit

Applicants should be between 21 to 30 years of age as on 31 July 2025. This means that only candidates born between 31 July 1995 and 31 July 2004 (inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes the following stages:

• Tier-1 Exam (Prelims): Scheduled for 7 September 2025, this test will consist of objective-type questions.
• Tier-2 Exam (Mains): Candidates who clear the prelims will appear for the mains exam on 28 October 2025.
• Regional Language Test: Those who qualify the mains exam will then be tested on their regional language proficiency.
