The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has begun the online application process for Clerk Recruitment 2025 under the Common Recruitment Process (CRP-Clerks XV). Recruitment Drive and Selection Process

This recruitment aims to fill a total of 10,277 vacancies for clerical posts across 11 participating public sector banks. The selection process will take place in two stages. First, a Preliminary Examination will be conducted in October 2025, followed by a Main Examination in November 2025. Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Exam will be shortlisted for the Main Exam. The final selection will be based on performance in the Main Exam and fulfilment of eligibility conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the IBPS Clerk 2025 examination, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The age of the applicant must be between 20 and 28 years as of 1 August 2025. Candidates from reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per government rules. In addition, applicants must be proficient in the official language of the State or Union Territory for which they are applying. This includes the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
