The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has issued a final call to candidates for the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) recruitment drive. The online application window for 7267 teaching and non-teaching positions will officially close on 28th October 2025. Principal: Post Graduate degree with B.Ed. and 8-12 years of experience.

PGT: Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. and a valid CTET.

TGT: Graduate degree with relevant teaching qualifications.

Important Note for Computer Science Teachers: In a significant update, NESTS has clarified that a B.Ed. degree is not mandatory for the initial recruitment of Computer Science Teachers. However, it will be compulsory for future promotions to the PGT level.

Application Fee

The application fee structure has been set with category-based variations. For Principal positions, the fee is ₹500 for women, SC, ST, and Divyang candidates, while all other candidates must pay ₹2500. For PGT and TGT roles, the fee is ₹500 for the reserved categories and ₹2000 for others. Non-teaching positions carry a fee of ₹500 for reserved categories and ₹1500 for general candidates.
