Central Bank of India has announced the opening of applications for 266 Zone-Based Officer positions. The recruitment is set to fill vacancies across various locations, including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Guwahati, and Hyderabad. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the officer positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or possess an equivalent qualification. This includes Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) holders, and qualifications in fields like Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Cost Accounting are also accepted.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 32 years old as of November 30, 2024. This means candidates must have been born between December 1, 1992, and November 30, 2003.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages: a written examination and an interview.

• Written Examination: The written test will consist of 120 questions, each carrying one mark, and the total exam duration will be 80 minutes.
• Interview: The interview will have a weightage of 30% of the total score. The written test will have a weightage of 70%. A merit list will be drawn up based on the candidates' scores in the online test, and it will be prepared zone-wise and category-wise.
