As of March 31, 2012, the Companys subsidiaries include DCM Finance & Leasing Limited, DCM Textiles Limited, DCM Engineering Limited, DCM Tools & Dies Limited and DCM Realty Investment & Consulting Limited..The company also engagged in the business of Textiles, IT Services, Real Estate.
