because of the buying 21 crore it locked in the upper circuit. that is the proof. jokes apart there is no impact of this information. as the price is falling means selling is higher than buying. if you open the chart you can see many red candles and the sum of those numbers are greater than 21 crore. so the value of the information is big zero.
