          Agri-Tech (India) Ltd was incorporated on 19th October, 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad as AGRITECH (INDIA) LIMITED and has obtained Certificate of Incorporation No. 04-23336 of 1994-95 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 16th December, 1994.
