Or are we currently going through the same. Shares which are being sold are pledged one and todays majority buying done by future majority shareholders. Today’s entire trading average price is around 57, intentionally aggressive bidding not done so supply of pledge share continue. I don’t know rules, can someone from forum share knowledge in this area. View more

Agree. Pledged shares are biggest worry. Sometimes I doubt, that is the main target of these sellers then pick up shares from open market and become majority shareholder to take control of the company. From 1st Jan, promoters and insiders can’t buy shares till 48 hours after earnings announcement. This window is enough for such game. Promoter’s should take them seriously but I don’t think they are not aware and can’t control situation through muscle power. View more
