It’s summertime, and the warm weather brings with it a constant craving for something cool and refreshing. Whether it’s a morning pick-me-up, an afternoon refresher, or a soothing drink before bed, a good beverage can make all the difference.

Here are some wellness drinks that are not only quick to prepare but also packed with natural ingredients to nourish your body and mind. Each one takes just a few minutes to make and is designed to help you feel your best.

  • Mango yoghurt smoothie:

This smoothie is creamy, and perfect for sunny mornings. Blend 1 cup of fresh or frozen mango chunks with ½ cup of Greek or coconut yogurt, 1 cup of almond milk (or water), ½ teaspoon of turmeric, and a small piece of fresh ginger (or a pinch of ground ginger). Add a few ice cubes and a touch of honey if you fancy it sweeter. Mix until smooth and enjoy immediately.

  • Jamun ginger cooler:

This tangy, cooling drink is ideal for hot afternoons. Blend 1 cup of deseeded jamun (black plums) with ½ teaspoon of grated ginger, a pinch of black salt, and ½ cup of cold water. Strain if you prefer a smoother texture, then pour over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a squeeze of lime for a refreshing twist.
  • Iced matcha latte:

It is a balance of creamy and earthy flavours, with just the right amount of caffeine to give you a gentle lift. Whisk 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water until smooth. Pour it over a glass filled with ice and top with 1 cup of your favourite milk—almond, oat, or dairy. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if you like.

  • Turmeric milk:
