Alaya F, who has been practicing yoga for years, tried a no-hands headstand, leaving many on the internet impressed, including mom Pooja Bedi. While she made it look effortless, those who have tried traditional headstands know it is no mean feat.

Sharing her video on Instagram, Alaya wrote, “When Unstoppable by Sia plays, just know… kuch bhi ho sakta hai (anything can happen). No-hands headstand (Please do not try this at home. I have been practicing yoga for many years with the right guidance and training, and movements like this require patience, practice, and body awareness. Always learn step by step and with proper instruction).”

Within no time, her video garnered several likes and comments, including one from her mom Pooja Bedi, who wrote, “OMG! That’s pushing every boundary of agility, strength, and discipline. So proud and in awe.”
