3-second inhale
As you walk slowly, all you have to do is inhale through your nose for 3 seconds while ensuring your spine is erect and steady.
7-second exhale
You also have to exhale through your mouth for 7 seconds and then gently tighten your core as you walk.
Small strides
You may have believed that if you take long strides, you're going to burn more calories. However, come to think of it, you should take small steps, as it helps engage the deeper core muscles.
Keep posture in check
Posture is key. You need to keep your chest open, chin up and shoulders relaxed. Can you guess what this move alone can do for you? Well, it can help make your waist appear slimmer over time.
Walk for 10 to 12 minutes daily
Just imagine this that if you walk for 10 to 12 minutes daily and incorporate this breathing technique, then you will be able to lose significant inches in just a span of 2 to 3 weeks.
