Singer Willow Smith, who is the daughter of Hollywood celebrities Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, recently posted on Instagram about celebrating her appearance on Govinda Nights, a devotional song released on Janmashtami by singer Londrelle. The song is currently streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.
The American actress and singer, who practices Hinduism openly, posted a series of photographs of her spiritual journey on her social media account. In the pictures, Willow is performing aarti at ISKCON, draped in a scarf over her head with a Vaishnav tika placed upon her forehead, and she was completely lost in traditional rites.
The other slides display her chanting with a guitar, standing in front of a Radha-Krishna picture, and pondering on the "signature patterns of vibration" in spirituality and sound. She also posted snippets of a live bhajan session, ending on the Govinda Nights album cover.
"GOVINDA NIGHTS ???? OUT NOW!! THANK YOU @londrelle FOR FEATURING ME ON THIS MUSICAL OFFERING!! MY GRATITUDE IS INFINITE. HAPPY JANMASTAMI," she captioned.
While Willow has embraced Hindu practices, her parents have gone in other spiritual directions. Will Smith has stated he steers clear of religious affiliations, whereas Jada Pinkett Smith has admitted to studying Scientology's doctrine within the homeschooling of her children, although without actually joining the church.

Willow's new post came shortly after she raised eyebrows with a crying selfie accompanied by an open-ended caption, which fueled talks about her mental state. The 23-year-old has also been open about being who she is, coming out as bisexual in 2019 and more recently admitting that she was polyamorous.
