Vijay Deverakonda took a much needed break from his hectic schedule to embark on a spiritual journey, attending the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj.

Sharing heartfelt moments from this experience on social media, Vijay described the trip as a way to reconnect with his roots and express gratitude for his heritage.

Accompanied by his mother, Madhavi, and a close-knit group of friends, the VD12 actor immersed himself in the sacred rituals, taking a holy dip in the River Ganges and offering prayers at the Triveni Sangam.

His photos, showcasing a blend of devotion, peace, and camaraderie, quickly garnered attention and went viral.

In one of the images, Vijay is seen partially submerged in the Sangam while chanting prayers, radiating a sense of serenity and spirituality.

On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for his next cinematic release, tentatively titled VD12. The action thriller, directed by the acclaimed National Award-winning filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri, is slated for release on March 28, 2025.
