  • Ustaad Bhagat Singh earns ₹9.94 crore by 1 pm on Day 1
  • Over 41,000 tickets sold; pre-sales exceed ₹15 crore
  • Mixed reviews; strong opening driven by Pawan Kalyan's appeal

Ustaad Bhagat Singh, which stars Pawan Kalyan, has had a good start at the box office, with impressive numbers coming in just hours after it came out.

The movie had a lot of buzz even before it released, which set the stage for a good first day at the box office.

Good Numbers Early On

Early estimates say that by 1 pm on its first day, the movie had made about ₹9.94 crore. It had about 2,064 shows across the country and an occupancy rate of almost 60.7 percent, which is a good turnout for a weekday release.

There was a lot of buzz about the movie even before it came out, and more than 41,000 tickets were sold across the country for Day 1.

Pre-sales help the opening get going.

Advance bookings were very important in making the film's opening a success. Reports say that Ustaad Bhagat Singh made more than Rs 15 crore in pre-sales alone. The movie also did well because it was shown in a lot of places. On its opening day, there were almost 4,500 shows planned across India.

A Mass Entertainer with a Lot of Scale

Harish Shankar is in charge of the movie, which is said to have cost ₹150 crore to make. Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, and R. Parthiban play important roles in it.

The movie is marketed as a full-fledged commercial entertainer, and it relies heavily on Pawan Kalyan's screen presence, action scenes, and mass appeal to get people to go to the theater.

People had different reactions.

The box office numbers are good, but reactions on social media have been mixed. Some fans have praised the movie for its big scenes and star-driven moments, but others have said that it follows a well-known commercial formula.

Some people in the audience liked the music, some of the funny scenes, and the songs, saying that the movie gives fans what they want. But some people thought that the predictable plot and formulaic style might not appeal to younger viewers as much.

First Decision

The movie had a strong opening, but how well it does in the long run will depend on how people talk about it in the next few days.

For now, Ustaad Bhagat Singh has been able to take advantage of the excitement and hype before its release, which should help it do well at the box office.
