Next came Shreyas Iyer and Rohit Sharma, then the 'Amar Singh Chamkila' team—Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra, and director Imtiaz Ali—and the next episode will see the Deol brothers talking about their ups and downs in life.

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol have had their biggest hits recently in Gadar 2 and Animal, respectively.

There was also a report that Kapil Sharma was paid a whopping Rs 5 crore for one episode, and Sunil Grover got paid Rs 25 lakh for every episode.

Krushna Abhishek reportedly took home Rs 10 lakh per episode, whereas Kiku Sharda and Rajiv Thakur were paid Rs 7 lakh and Rs 6 lakh, respectively. Archana Puran Singh, who is a regular at the Kapil Show, was paid Rs 10 lakh, according to a report.

The first episode of 'The Great Indian Kapil Sharma' aired on March 30.

The show has received mixed reactions since its premiere. At the launch of 'The Great Indian Kapil Show', Kapil and Sunil Grover, who had a fallout seven years ago, reunited for this show.

But Kapil and Sunil had dismissed their fight as a mere 'publicity stunt.' The two have entertained their fans with their camaraderie and fun antics on the show.
