There was a time when TV shows  'K dramas' as they were called back then, produced by Ekta Kapoor, ruled the roost.

One of the iconic shows was Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The show had Tulsi Virani as the prime character, played by Smriti Irani.

Back then, when she was an actress, she made a place in the hearts of every household and the theme of the song is still etched in everyone's hearts to date. The serial had many popular faces who were a part of the prime-time show.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was more than just a regular serial. It became a part of every household and captivated hearts across all age groups.

While rumours were rife about Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi making a return, it is now official that Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 will commence on July 29.

The actress who later chose politics as her career is making a comeback to television and the promo of the show is out.

In the promo, there is a family discussing how they have missed watching their favorite show and Tulsi Virani. They are sharing how ecstatic they are about the return of daily soap. The family also discusses that Irani has now joined politics and she will not mark her return, while the others confirm that she will.

Well, as soon as the promo dropped, there were not only fans but also various celebrities who took to the comment section to drop their views on the return of the iconic character Tulsi Virani, played by none other than Smriti Irani and ofcourse the show.

Shivya Pathania shared that the show is a legacy and childhood memories. She also mentioned that it is 'pure emotion'.

Garvita Sadhwani is a talented actress who has been part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, and she referred to the show as iconic. Bigg Boss OTT contestant Bebika Dhurve mentioned that her heart feels very warm knowing that the show will return.

There were a majority of actors, like Shiny Doshi, Sudeep Sahir and others, who dropped hearts in the comments.

Hiten Tejwani was a significant part of the serial and he was elated at its return.

There were also many netizens who suggested that there should be a theatrical screening of the first episode.
