Actor-director Rishab Shetty, who is riding high on the super success of Kantara: Chapter 1, will soon appear on Amitabh Bachchan’s game reality competition Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) 17.

The upcoming episode promises exciting moments with the new promo, creating a buzz among the fans.

In the new promo of KBC 17’s upcoming episode, Rishab made Amitabh Bachchan recreate one of his iconic dialogues from his 1990 cult-classic Agneepath.

The promo, which has been shared on the official social media handle of Sony Entertainment Television, shows Rishab Shetty requesting Amitabh Bachchan to say the famous line from Agneepath.

Rishab  said, "Sir ka Agneepath ka ek dialogue sunne ka bohot mann hai (I really want to hear a dialogue from the movie 'Agneepath,' sir)."

The veteran actor reacted to Rishab’s request in his iconic style and said, “Rishab Shetty Sir, gyarvha prashn tumhare screen pe daalta hai, abhi dekho. Saat lakh, pachas hazaar rupaye, isme se pachas hazaar tumhara, saat laakh humara (Mr. Rishab Shetty, the eleventh question, is being put on your screen. Seven lakh, fifty thousand rupees; out of this, fifty thousand is yours, seven lakh is mine)."

KBC 17 new promo was shared with the caption, “Dekhiye 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' Mon - Fri raat 9 baje sirf #SonyEntertainmentTelevision and Sony LIV par (Watch 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' Mon - Fri at 9 pm, only on #SonyEntertainmentTelevision and Sony LIV).”

Over the years, Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 has hosted a number of famous guests, including stand-up comedians, sports legends, and members of the film and television industries.

Rishab Shetty’s latest project

Rishab Shetty was recently seen in Kantara: Chapter 1, which he has also penned and directed. The prequel to Kantara (2022) is set a thousand years before the events of the first film. The film also stars Rukmini Vasanth, Jayaram, and Gulshan Devaiah in key roles.

KBC 17 premieres on Sony TV and Sony Liv at 9 p.m.
