KBC 17: Krushna Abhishek talks about his name being inspired by Abhishek Bachchan

"My parents named me Abhishek after your son, because they were huge fans," Krushna said in his interview with Amitabh, explaining why he changed his name from Abhishek to Krushna Abhishek. However, since Abhishek was already a star, my PR staff recommended a change when I started working in movies. My father changed my name to Krushna since I am a devotee of Krishna.

Krushna and Sunil Grover also engaged in light-hearted comedy when a fan questioned Krushna about his equation and pairing with Sudesh Lahiri. The story had Amitabh Bachchan and the audience in splits.
