TV actor Kanwar Dhillon has strongly reacted to ongoing rumours about his alleged breakup with girlfriend and fellow actor Alice Kaushik. The speculation, which has been making rounds on social media and entertainment portals, was firmly dismissed by Kanwar in a pointed note shared on his Instagram stories.
Kanwar wrote, “To all the inquisitive folks and media portals who continue to write stupid articles about Alice and I, we are very much together and do not need to keep making it clear every month.” He further added, “End this mud slinging journalism with nasty headlines, content and comments. Don’t create speculations when there should be none. We clear? Thank you and get a life because your writing content definitely needs more than a ‘SECOND CHANCE’.”
Kanwar and Alice, who met on the sets of Pandya Store, where their onscreen chemistry as Shiva and Raavi became a fan favourite, confirmed their real-life relationship shortly after the show’s success. Since then, the two have often shared glimpses of their relationship through social media, appearing together at events and even going on vacations.
Despite their public appearances and strong bond, the couple has often been at the receiving end of breakup rumours — something Kanwar clearly finds unnecessary and invasive. His post not only shuts down the gossip but also calls out sections of the media for spreading baseless speculations.
Both Kanwar and Alice have carved strong positions for themselves in the television industry. While Kanwar is known for shows like Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Pandya Store, Alice has been appreciated for her roles in Khatron Ke Khiladi and Pandya Store as well along with reality show Bigg Boss.
For now, the couple seems united and unbothered — letting their love speak louder than the rumours.
